"General Insurance - Venice" could be a translation of it. Born in 1831 in Trieste and then moved to Venice that company built in most cities (in Italy) impressive buildings like this one. This is in Torino in via Cernaia in front of Piazza Solferino.

I always maximize photos of European buildings--never disappointed. The facade of this one looks like it's well-maintained.
I'm always amazed at how designers those days think of such a lovely facade, with the limited technique that they have..impressive!
