Palazzo della Vittoria

This is one side of the house called "Victory Palace" in corso Francia 23 whose yesterday I published the entrance. I hope to have a chance to take it in another photo able to give better the "idea" on how the Palace (built in 1925 by Pietro Carrera) figure.

Very ornate indeed. 1920s - yes, obvious "modernisme" influence of Gaudi, I'd say!

Very impressive building and it fits the doors you showed previously. I like your detailed photography.

Thank you for visiting my blog yesterday and for your comments about my Rose-Breasted Grosbeak. I am into architecture today with the Brookville Community Theatre.

This building looks so rich in details, craftsmanship, history. Very solid.

It is funny, because everywhere that I look, I now see machicolations. 1000's of them.
However, your photos are wonderful.

Thanks for the note on my blog Fabrizio. I haven't visited for a week or so, but it means I've looked over your last 7 posts and the architecture of Torino is amazing me more and more
